There are a variety of ticket options available for every RailCats fan. Box and reserved seats put you closer to the action than the dugout, and outfield seating gives you room to really stretch out on the freshly cut grass, or in the bleachers.

   Game Day Box Office Hours:
   Monday-Friday  10 a.m. until game is over 
   Saturday: 10 a.m. until game is over
   Sunday: 11 a.m. until game is over

   Non Game Day Box Office Hours:
   Monday-Friday: 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., closed Saturday and Sunday 

Handicapped & Special Needs Seating
Handicapped seating is subject to availability and sold on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact the box office at (219) 882-BALL to place your order. We want to be sure to personally fulfill your order to best meet your needs.

Discounts
Child discounts are for children ages 3-13. If a child is 2 or under they do not require a ticket so long as they do not require a seat. If a child 2 or under requires a seat they must have a child’s ticket. Senior discounts are for patrons age 65 and older.

Group Discounts
Group discounts are only for groups of 20 or more purchased in advance. No group discounts will be given on the day of the game. Check out the Group Outings page for more information.

Rain Check Policy
In the event that a legal game (4 ½ innings) is not played, tickets for that game will be good for any subsequent regular season game and may be exchanged at the box office for the same price ticket, subject to availability.
