Becky Kremer first joined the RailCats in 2004 and currently serves as the team's Assistant General Manager/Chief Financial Officer.

Kremer was an intern with the club in 2004 before earning a full-time job as RailCats Ticket Office manager in 2005.  Kremer then spent the 2006 season as Business Manager for two new teams owned by Chicagoland Sports, LLC, a professional minor league hockey and football organization playing in the new Sears Centre arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. She returned to the RailCats in 2007 as Director of Business and Ticket Operations before being promoted to Assistant General Manager & Chief Financial Officer for the 2008 season.

Kremer is responsible for managing the financial operations of the club and overseeing the entire operation of the ticket department.

Kremer earned a Masters Degree in Sport Management at Northern Illinois University, serving as the graduate assistant for the Sport Management program for the 2003-‘04 school year. She earned her undergraduate degree in Computational Mathematics at Saint Mary’s College in South Bend, where she participated in tennis for three seasons and was named the team’s Most Valuable Player following her senior year. She received the Coach’s Award all three years. 

Kremer is a native of Jackson, Mich. and currently resides in Northwest Indiana.
