Laura Blakeley joined the RailCats in January 2008. Since starting as a member of the RailCats sales staff, Blakeley is responsible for coordinating the creation and distribution of RailCats merchandise, manages the SouthShore Depot Merchandise Store and is a member of the RailCats Marketing Team.

Blakeley previously worked with the Triple-A Nashville Sounds in marketing and promotions and has experience in health maintenance. She has participated in triathlons and fitness training as well as fundraising for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Blakeley is a 2002 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in sports management. She is a native of Schererville and now makes her home in Crown Point with her husband, Eric, a former RailCats infielder, and daughter Isabella. The Blakeley's also own and operate Diamond Kings, a baseball training facility in St. John.
