Arcella Moxley joined the RailCats in a full-time role in January 2007 as Executive Assistant.

Moxley is the first voice heard by callers to the RailCats office and provides assistance in all areas of the team operation. She previously worked with the RailCats in 2005 and 2006 as hostess in the VIP Suite area at U. S. Steel Yard. 

Moxley joined the RailCats after five years with the Gary Police Department as an administrative assistant, data entry clerk, and victim advocate. She is a native of East Chicago and currently resides in Gary with her husband of 26 years.
