One of the longest tenured RailCats employees, Stephanie Tavorn has been with the ‘Cats in a variety of roles since 2003 and is currently the supervisor of the club’s Stadium Maintenance team.

Tavorn began her stint with the RailCats working in the Fan Information Booth inside the SouthShore Depot Merchandise Store before joining the maintenance crew.  Tavorn was elevated to the Supervisor of the Maintenance crew in 2008.

A Gary native, Tavorn is a graduate of Horace Mann High School and still resides in Gary.  She is the mother of three sons, Ryan, Stefon and Warren.
