We know how to put the FUN into FUN-draising!!!

The Gary SouthShore RailCats fundraising program helps youth sports teams and other organizations raise money by giving them the opportunity to sell tickets to a specific RailCats’ game. Organizations that participate in the program not only raise money for their organization, but also receive the opportunity to earn RailCats’ autographed items, throw out a first pitch, and a chance to meet the team!

How does it work?

The RailCats’ FUN-draising Program consists of selling tickets to a specific home RailCats’ game. Box Seat tickets are sold for $10. Your organization keeps at least $3 from every ticket. As your organization progresses and reaches a new ticket sales level, you earn even more money!

 

Ticket Levels Below are based on $10 Box Seating

50-299 tickets	$7	$3 from each sold ticket
300 and over	$6	$4 from each ticket sold

As a reward for reaching new ticket sales levels, your organization has the opportunity to earn RailCats’ Prize Packages. Every level of the fundraising will be accompanied by having one person getting a chance to throw out the first pitch of a RailCats’ game.  Below is an outline of our prize packages. All prize packages are per organization and not per person.

** Skybox Suite would be given to the organization to raffle off. All proceeds would benefit the program raffling off the Skybox.
