GARY, Ind. — Rusty the RailCat is taking his act to the lake, stopping by Chicago’s Navy Pier Sunday, November 22 for the annual Chicago Toy & Game Fair where kids playing with the hottest new toys and games will get a chance to pal around with Northwest Indiana’s most famous feline.
