C. James (Jim) Kerr joined the RailCats as Director of Facility in September, 2007. Kerr is a native of Northwest Indiana who worked for 32 years at Inland Steel (now known as Arcelor Mittal). Kerr has also worked for the RailCats on a part-time basis over the last two seasons in building maintenance. In his new position, Kerr will oversee the RailCats ballpark, U. S. Steel Yard, in regards to appearance, cleanliness, maintenance, security, and safety.
